You run a state whose borders were drawn by someone else. Each round you spend
a budget on the things that hold a country together — or the things that hold it down — then
deal with the states around you: press a claim, join a bloc, or stay non-aligned. Six rounds carry you
to 2001.

What is your state doing this round?
Mobilizing costs $1,000 whether you hold the ground or not. Hold it and you take $2,000 and 2 Coastline from them. Lose it and you pay $2,000 and give up 2 Coastline.
⚠️ This state shares a bloc with you — claiming its territory breaks the treaty. Sovereignty −0.08, Treasury −$1,000.
How was the claim settled?
⚠️ FORCED RESETTLEMENT AVAILABLE — Your security forces can clear the disputed district and move its population across the line. The claim is then settled in your favor and cannot be contested. Sovereignty −0.10, and no state will recognize the new border: Treasury −$1,500 next round.
Both states gain +2 Security and transit rights through each other's territory. Each treaty costs you Sovereignty −0.01 — pooled sovereignty is still sovereignty given up. The other player must record the treaty too.
